Does Your Schedule Include Burnout?

Does your schedule include Burnout?  That’s a strange question, but is that what you are doing?  Are you doing anything different in your life to eliminate Burnout or are you keeping it there?  Are you ignoring the fact that you have Burnout?  Do you think it will go away?  What we ignore just gets bigger.  What kind of schedule do you have in your life?  Or do you just go around doing whatever because you are so Burned out that that is all that you can do?

Taking care of yourself first

 If you want to start getting relief from Burnout you really need to schedule time for yourself.  Actually, get your calendar in front of you and put yourself on it.  Then, STICK to it.  And yes you CAN!  It’s a choice to do it or not to do it. I have written about that before.

Put your Burnout in the trash and start to make yourself the priority.  Everyone else in your life will benefit too!  When momma’s happy, everybody’s happy!

Call to action:  Take you calendar off of the wall right now, or pull out your cell phone, right now, and one (1) day a month (that’s it, that’s all that I am asking from you) put yourself down on the calendar.  One day can be for a massage,  another day can be for a pedicure, and another day can be for a facial.  Then one day is for silly shopping.  You do not have to spend a lot of money, just buy something silly that you like.  It will be a reminder to yourself that you took time for you.  And in doing so, you will raise your vibration up.  As your vibration goes up, Burnout goes down.  Think of more things to do each month and put them on the calendar and DO them.  As the Nike commercial says, “Just Do It!”
